Terms of Service

Scope

These terms apply to use of MADOR Billing, a billing application for creating and managing business records, customers, invoices, receipts, credit notes, statements, subscription status, and related email delivery records.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and for ensuring that information entered into the service is accurate and lawful for their business use. Account access is provided through Supabase Auth.

Billing Documents

The service helps generate billing records and document PDFs from the data supplied by users. Users remain responsible for reviewing document content, tax treatment, customer details, numbering, and legal suitability before sending or relying on a document.

Subscriptions

Subscription checkout, billing management, and the customer portal are provided through Stripe. Access to paid write features may depend on a valid trial, complimentary status, or active Stripe subscription.

Email Delivery

The service can send transactional billing emails through Resend. Delivery records show whether an email send request was accepted or failed inside the application workflow.

Service Changes

Features may change as the billing application develops. Continued use of the service after an updated terms version is made available means the updated terms apply from that version date.

MADOR Billing is provided by ΧΑΤΖΗΜΙΤΣΗ ΑΝΤΑ (Anda Hadjimitsi), sole proprietor trading as MADOR.

MADOR Billing uses the following providers to operate the service:

• Vercel for application hosting
• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage
• Stripe for subscription checkout, billing, and customer portal
• Resend for transactional email delivery
