Data We Process

MADOR Billing processes account profile data, authentication data, business settings, customer records, billing documents, payment and receipt records, credit note records, statement data, subscription status, uploaded business logos or signatures, and email delivery records created by users in the service.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate users, provide tenant-scoped access, generate billing documents, send transactional emails, manage subscription status, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain audit evidence for billing and delivery workflows.

Storage And Access

Application data is stored in Supabase. Files such as business logos and signatures are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Access is restricted by authentication, tenant membership checks, and row-level security policies.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment method management, invoice history, and portal sessions. The application stores Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to reconcile access, but card details are handled by Stripe.

Email

Resend processes transactional email requests, including recipient address, subject, message body, and attached billing document PDFs for the email attempts initiated by users.

Hosting

Vercel hosts the application and may process technical request data required to serve and protect the application.
